Architects

Architects need land surveys showing topographic and planimetric details of every site where the design proceeds beyond the conception phase. With the exception of a few large, multi-disciplinary firms, architectural firms do not have these capabilities in-house. Surveying consultants are generally selected by a project manager who is likely to direct the work to someone with whom exists a positive past working relationship.
